Each person needs to register individually. A partner/spouse may register for dinners, coaches and accommodation without having to register for the Congress. Please note a partner/spouse will not have access to the Congress area from after breakfast until dinner time but can take advantage of the on site leisure facilities.

To register on line you need an email address. If you do not have an email address, please download the forms and post them with your payment to the Congress Treasurer.

If you are a member of The New Zealand Society of Genealogists please have your email address and NZSG log in password ready. The database will recognise your email address and fill the form with your details.

You may pay using your credit card which will be processed through the New Zealand Society of Genealogists merchant service. Alternatively, you may choose to pay by cheque ($NZ) if so print the form and post it together with payment to the Congress Treasurer. Your programme choices will be saved to the database, and will need to be confirmed by the Congress Treasurer following receipt of the payment.

Once you have entered your choices and completed the registration form, you will not be able to change any details. If you need to change details please email.
